有时候，我们可以去安慰别人，却说服不了自己

We will all have times of sufferings in life, when there is nothing to do but bravely face the feelings.
我们生命中都有一段时间，充满痛苦，可是除了勇敢面对，我们别无选择。
You should love yourself, because that is the only person you have to spend the rest of your life with.

Sometimes, the same thing, we can go to the comfort of others, but  failed to convince yourself.
